SO... I had a physical today

Hey everyone-

Hope everyone is doing good..

I had a physical today. Was actually excited for my appointment because I know I can talk to my doctor and its reassuring to me. I have been having shortness of breath, lump in throat feeling, headaches, pains pretty much everywhere, especially in my stomach on the right and left side,  not sure what they are from. My anxiety has really gotten a lot better but not my symptoms at all. My acid reflux is getting out of control and I have been on omeperazole for 6 weeks. It only feels like it has gotten worse. Now I have to have a endoscopy... and I'm kinda nervous because they sedate and put the person to sleep. I'm not scared of the sleeping, I'm scared of the way I feel when I wake up. I don't like it. And I'm not looking forward to the throat pain afterwards. Of course I'm scared that they will end up finding something.. but atleast Ill know what's going on and I can get it fixed. If anyone could give me some insight, it would be greatly appreciated. What could be the stomach pains be from? I always have death on my mind, and then I get scared that Im never going to get over this! I cannot fear death everyday of my life, I'm only 22 years old and have had 2 EKG's, bloodwork 2 times, chest xray.. all in the last 2 months. Something couldnt just show up like a blood clot or something right? I hope someone can help me, I'm not really freaking out at this point, just kinda nervous..

I have read that both GERD and Hiatal hernias can cause issues with pain, bloat and shortness of breath.
