my ptsd

I have complex ptsd..or atleast thats what my doctor said..someone on here mentioned i may be over-medacated..ive ask my doctors about it before.  he said its because i am too seveir everything i do(according to them) is angry or accessive. i dont sleep, ive always had bad dreams and even now 25 years later i still get flashbacks!  not as many as i use to tho.  i do not know what else i can do...ive tried so many things, and nothing has helped much at all.  im at a loss....i dont know what i should do anymore.
