Working on getting over panic attacks
« on: August 01, 2010, 02:57:29 PM »
I've been dealing with panic attacks and some anxiety for about 9 years. Agoraphobia it was diagnosed as. I'm light years better then I was,but had an episode about 2 weeks ago that almost set me back. I had an idea a while back that I'd like to find someone suffering with the same problems and try to get together to work on getting over this. By going out and trying to face the fear. It's hard to find someone to understand what we're going through and it's hard to do it alone. I live in Bloomington Minnesota,so if anyone is interested in giving it a try let me know.
Thanks,
Tim
