Did anyone see the Obsessed episode about the woman who fears death and hospitals?  While her fear is different than mine in a way - I fear cancer/suffering much more than death itself - I thought there were a lot of great insights given by the therapist.

Interestingly, though, she didn't address reassurance seeking or googling - this woman spent about 6 hours per day on the computer and sought constant reassurance from her husband.

The part that interested me was the therapist stating the woman had "Pure O" OCD - which is what I think I may have.  I don't do any tapping, counting, etc - I just fight to banish thoughts of getting a disease (for myself or loved one) out of my head.

Just curious if anyone saw this episode.

Yeah i saw it, i watch it every week. I helps me see you can get out of it, or at least for the most large part. It is possible.
