i have ptsd from childhood sexual abuse and rape

i am new here. i figured i would just mention why i am here. i am not new to therapy and treatments. i have been on the path to healing and am a lot better than i was. i have GAD, SAD, depression and PTSD. my ptsd, for the most part, is in check. i am aware you never get rid of it, but i have learned, through dbt, ways to keep it quiet. i was sexually abused by my brother for 3 yrs, beginning when i was 6. i was raped by a virtual stranger when i was 10.  i told my mother about the abuse by my brother when it started but she did nothing.  i have forgiven her. she is a very sick person. i guess this is all i'm going to say for now.
