Why can't I chat, send PM's, etc?

Greetings (Member name) and welcome to our Anxiety Disorders community.

Anxiety Zone is a 100% community-operated support group for people living with anxiety disorders. We are an open minded and lighthearted community and are very glad to have YOU as a part of it!.

Would you mind visiting the Introduce Yourself forum and telling us a little bit about yourself and why you are here so we can get to know you a little better?.

Once you have 1 meaningful post or reply anywhere on the forum, features like sending private messages, use of the chat room, uploading a custom avatar, viewing other member's profiles, creating polls, tagging and other features will become available to you.

So what exactly is a meaningful post or reply?. A "meaningful" post or reply is a somewhat detailed introduction (a few paragraphs perhaps) or thoughtful reply to another member's post (one that you can relate to) consisting of more than simply "Hi" or "Welcome!" or posting a single word three different times. Our community is all about both giving and receiving so we encourage you to try to help others who may be in need in the same way that you came here to be helped yourself and as they say "spread the love around"
