Share your frustration..!!..

My biggest frustration about living with anxiety is that it stops me from feeling good about myself.
Does anyone else have frustrations about living with anxiety?

Before I started taking anti-depressants I was utterly UNHAPPY because I obsessed and worried about certain things to a point where I was about to blow a major gasket within myself (which I did several times).  I just could not be happy and enjoy life.  I'd have irrational fears about certain things (not phobias) then I'd start to worry about things then the anxiety would come on hard then I'd worry a lot more then the anxiety would intensify -- and on and on and on it would go.  So, what frustrated me the most back then?  Not being able to be as completely happy as I knew I should/could be.  GAD was eating me alive from the inside out.  My life saver was when a good doctor suggested I try an anti-depressant to help me.  I did and it did.  Anti-depressants are a miracle drug.  Tom Cruise and others can bad mouth them all they want til their blue in the face but I've been on them for 8 glorious years representing a huge reduction in worry and anxiety.  They saved my life and helped me to enjoy life to the fullest.
