new symtom besides feeling achey all over

Now I have constipation along with feeling achey all over does anyone know what this could be checked the web they had numerous diseases should of asked here before checking health not a good idea

Prob. early stages of IBS which is common with anxiety, check if you feel bloated alot, excess gas in stomach.

I have IBS and have all sorts of symptoms from it.  I go between constipation, diarrhea, bloating, dull pain and lots of gas...embarrassing amounts of gas!  It's not a fun thing but diet changes can keep it under control.  Something I haven't always been successful doing but I do know my food triggers so when I eat/drink something I know won't agree with me I know I'm going to suffer.  I have always said that my tummy hate me.  IBS is bothersome but not fatal.  Hope this helps you.

Definately sounds like IBS to me
