Does anyone else always feel shaky and feel their heart throbbing through their bodies? Just making sure its not just me.

yes it can be disconcerting AND annoying.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

when I'm having anxiety bad I start shaking all over (especially in my legs).  I can wake up in the middle of the night with this symptom!  I've learned if I stretch, especially do some yoga poses and deep breathe that it does help

I get an internal shakiness at times, it's not constant though. There are many things that can cause this feeling besides anxiey, such as lack of enough water, lack of sleep, too much caffeine, low blood sugar. I tend to sometimes forget about these natural bodily reactions and just automatically assume its anxiety, which in turn leads to more anxiety and worrying.
