Finally cutting ties with a difficult friend. Sounds harsh, but when it's the right thing to do, it just feels right.

I've just given up on a long-distance friendship which I've been trying to save for too long. There was no dialogue between me and her, it was all about her and her (big big) problems, but even so she wouldn't accept my help.
And a category of people I'm just tired of: "friends" who are always too busy (yeah right) to write or call or see you. Friendship is made by both people, it's not about you on a pedestal and me adoring you! I broke up some time ago with such a person, good riddance!

Water. Sea, ocean, lake, doesn't matter. Looking out onto the water, watching the waves crash, looking out on the horizon as the sun rises or falls. The only place I feel I belong.

Music makes me feel good. If I know the lyrics to the song, and I can sing along...sometimes it makes me feel good enough that I have less anxiety for the rest of the day.
