New scare: Syphillis

I know this sounds stupid, cause alot of people on here (including me a couple years ago) would love to just be scared of syphillis since it can be cured... But honestly its the newest thing on my plate and its scaring me a good amount. Just to recap, my imaginary diseases have been (in chronological order): Breast cancer, Brain tumor, heart attack, HIV, Diabetes, and now Syphillis. Yes, i honestly have been 100% certain that i had all of these diseases and now once again i am that certain i have syphillis.

Basically last week i woke up with a rash on both of my forearms, they itched pretty bad in the morning but throughout the day the itch went away along with the redness. The bumps are still there today but everything seems to be cooled down... I brushed it off, but i did a very bad thing and googled the rash. Of course, syphillis popped up as a possible cultivate. I havent had sex in over 6 months, so the timing is a bit off, along with the absense of the "first stage" of syphillis... also, supposidly syphillis doesnt cause itchy rashes. but now of course im feeling achy and somewhat feverish.. so its definitely syph.

is this even reason to go spend the money to get tested?? i mean, givin my history, its pretty likely this i just another illogical fear. What do you guys think?

I worried about this for years, got tested a few months ago (because I felt dizzy), came back negative, and just a bloodtest. And an easy thing to treat, itīs just a bacteria. So go test yourself. Itīs superrare in the western world. Those rashes you got sounds more like bedbugs or contact reaction.
In sweden testing for STDs are free.
