About Reputation Points..
« on: June 10, 2010, 11:54:24 PM »
How do you give reputation points and get them. I have been a member here for a little over a year. I have seen some people here that desever a reputation point.
My suggestion, for those who receive valuable/useful/truly meaningful insight, support, wisdom, compassion and understanding from someone's post, should be given recognition and appreciation. Points are like warm and welcoming handshakes-- and for someone it might brighten there day to know someone thinks of them highly
Thank you for your time

click on the little thumbs up icon  under a member's name/avatar.  You don't have a thumb's up icon under your own name cuz you aren't permitted to Rec your own post   :winking0008:

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
