Mike have I shown you the 100+ most common anxiety symptoms thread yet?  Or have you looked at the TMS= Mind Body Syndrome thread?  Have you had the chance to pick up Clair Weekes' book that I suggested in another post?

All of the things you mention are part of anxiety.  You may well have spondolysis---which I have too, but it won't cause all of these things.  Anxiety certainly does.  And, my friend, you are waaaaay down that thorny path.

Maybe when I have time I'll catalog how I've gotten myself in the frame of mind that you are in right now.  I lost all sense of logically thinking.  I had my husband really ticked at me.  I had friends and other family shaking their heads.  Hell I was even arguing with my neuros wife (she is a doc herself that runs his office now) about how I MUST have MS.  I don't know how she didn't tell me to shut up.  I'll even regal you with my "Neuro nasty list"  that convinced me I had MS or ALS or....

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

yes you do.  and I'm trying....   :winking0008:

remember you don't get all the symptoms at once for diseases.  Honestly you have yet to mention ONE symptom that either I or someone else on this board hasn't had.

Don't under estimate how anxiety can make you feel.  It is a disorder.  You have anxiety.  It can seemingly pop out of nowhere.  But is a real thing that can affect you life.  It may not put you in a wheelchair but it can make it that you feel no joy only fear.  You don't want that.

Hey I'm PMing you with something....
