Overcoming Health Anxiety (the book)

So this is the only book I have found about HA.  I'm only half way through, and it's an okay book, but it has a lot of written exercises I find hard do because my HA changes direction so much, it's hard to pick just one worry and work on it.  I was just wondering about any other books anyone has read and likes about HA?

Hope and Help for Your Nerves by Claire Weekes is a great one! I am in the middle of it, She also has some others that I have read.

I love The Worry Cure, not sure by who (a Dr. of somesort) but it has become a reference guide for me over the years.

Claire Weeks is for sure the best , I have 2 of her books ,  I use to travel with them just in case I felt some anxiety , her books are like my Xanax !
