?? about feeling tired

OK - if you read my posts this past week you would see that i had a HIGH END ANXIETY that lasted for almost a week - the last few nights all I want to do is go lay down around 6:00 and sleep - this has to do something with taking maybe an extra med here an there to get thru and body being tense???

Does anybody have a story or two or three they can share about this.

Without knowing much maybe the short term med is ok but you need an all day med????

i dont know if i am answering your question correctly but,

when i have had a tough week or even worse, tough month, and things start to settle back down, i get fatigue like there is no tomorrow. ii guess its my body's way of coming out of the constant adrenalin rush and panic mode and trying to recoup.
