Feel good book
« on: May 01, 2010, 06:30:11 PM »
Wondering if anyone can recommend a feel good book, not mental health related. I've been reading some Steinbeck lately, The Grapes of Wrath and The Pearl, although really good, not very uplifting.
Anyone any make any recommendations?

I don't know if I'd call them "feel good" books, but pretty much anything by Christopher Moore makes me LOL (a lot).  My faves are A Dirty Job and Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal
