Aerobics - ?? worried

I did some reaserch and it says aerobics is great for Fibro, CFS and other disorders.  So I did a basic routine and I swear every bone in my body cracked??

Is this normal?  my back, shoulders, rists, knees, anckles...

anybody have this problem?

All the joints/bones in my body crack when I work out and afterwards I feel okay. It's totally fine. =]
