fatigue
« on: April 10, 2010, 06:34:12 PM »
when i'm home and not up to much i always feel really fatigued, however when i go out i feel better and the more i do the better i feel. and i know this sounds bad.. but when i drink and am tipsy i'm not as anxiety ridden and don't feel as fatigued. so i'm starting to think the fatigue is caused mainly by anxiety (and partially because i lose so much sleep over anxiety), does this sound possible? could it all be psychological and cause by anxiety??

Anxiety and fatigue tend to go hand in hand. When you are constantly anxious you really tend to tire yourself out.

Are you on any types of medications? If you are... that can contribute to your fatigue too.
