intolerance to cold?
« on: April 08, 2010, 12:49:34 PM »
Just wondering if this could be an anxiety symptom? I am ALWAYS COLD! Currently I have my heat set to 75 and I am STILL cold! I feel like something is wrong with me because if it is not 80 degrees then I am freeeeezing. Anyone on here have this?

I have the opposite problem, I get sick in the heat. :)

Anything over 75 and I'm complaining and whining and sitting in A/C.

Kendra, I'm always cold!  I walk around my house in sweatshirts and slippers.  Yesterday I turned on the heater, and my husband goes "are you insane??".  I have always been a cold person.  I always feel the need to bundle up.  I wouldn't last anywhere else other than Southern CA  :winking0008:  I'm sure its nothing to worry about!

My fiance is always cold!  I think it's normal sensitivity to things.

Did you lose weight recently?  That can cause that too.

i am ALWAYS cold. i live in the humid SE of the US, and even in the summertime i have at least a layer on.

i read somewhere- and take this with a grain of salt- that people with anxiety of any kind tend to be highly sensitive- to external and internal stimuli- i.e. even weather! so there you go.
