My name is Ronnie.  I am 42 years old.  I developed anxiety when i was in my mid 20's..   after  many trips to the hospital because of  panic attacks i finally found a pdoc that got  my anxiety under control  ( for the most part )   I still have issues and here and their have the horrific panic attack.  I am the poster child for long term xanax as i have been taking it for over 13 years  3 times a day.    With that i wish everyone the best of luck with there anxiety as i for one know what you are going threw... :action-smiley-065:

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
