uneasy feeling help :(

I keep feeling really uneasy in my head. Like when I lay quietly and try to sleep I'll get that uneasy feeling like I'm going to have a seizure or something.... or brain zaps. I haven't been on any meds since the end of December. And I came off them slowly (klonopin in nov, and buspar in Dec). I have been majorly stressed out because my thesis is due next week. Could this be why I am feeling this way? I am so worried that I have a brain tumor and that I'm going to start seizing any minute.

I think it's HIGHLY likely that you're feeling that way because your thesis is due. I've noticed that when I'm crazy stressed out, I have all sorts of unsettling brain things happen... I feel dizzy, out of sorts, out of body, spacey, foggy... you name it. And it even happens when I relax (I suspect because I'm secretly stressing out about what I SHOULD be doing). 

Wait until after your thesis... I'll bet it goes right away as soon as you start doing something you enjoy.

Ohhh yes, Stress makes anxiety SOOO much worse! You don't have a brain tumor. I've had the exact same symptoms as you. (And so have many, many other ppl) The more you concentrate on it, the worse it will be. Try and relax and distract yourself!
