abdominal pain at night

I've been diagnosed with IBS 5 years ago but every time I get a symptom which is not typical for IBS I freak out and think it could be something else. I was actually feeling better the last few months from my IBS. This week it slowly creeped back in my life. Yesterday I also had abdominal pain at night and this suppose to be not typical of IBS. I woke up from the pain and just slept about 2 hours. The pain is in the left side and even traveled all the way to the groin area. The left sided pain is usually very typical for me. It feels like stool is stuck in there or gas.
Does anybody have IBS here with night time pain ???

I had similar symptoms when I was 1st pregnant w/ my daughter.. HORRIBLE cramps, thought for sure something must be awry w/ the pregnancy.  It resolved.  Sometimes I get bouts of digestive stuff and yeah, I feel bad all night (bloated, pelvic pressure etc).. seems to feel better in the morning after I go to the potty
