Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are.
I have never had anxiety/panic attacks before. The last month or so at work have been extremely busy.
We cannot keep up. I have been working OT and was positive for the first few weeks. Then late last week, I began to have "panic" attacks while at work..after I have left work..before I go to bed..any little thing sets them off, even minor life stresses. I am ready to "snap" most of the time. This is unlike anything I have experienced before..

During this time, I have lost 6-8 pounds..I am simply either not hungry or forgetting to eat.
This is just a question-is the maybe lack of eating causing or exacerbating these anxiety problems?
I had been the same weight since I graduated college (going to be 32 in May) I work out regularly and have always eaten healthy....

Just trying to figure out how to get on track. I called my doctor on Friday, but she was out (she is usually in on Fridays)

My belief is yes, being hungry can raise your anxiety level up. I ALWAYS feel better after eatting when my anxiety levels are high. My problem is I eat too much as I associate a full stomach with feeling better.

Do you drink Caffeine?

Always a caffeine user-never caused problems before me before. I have tried to cut back this past week, but I have not been totally been able to cut it out-been worried that if I do, my depressive symptoms could get worse:(

Until things settle down, you should stop the caffeine. It's famous for causing anxiety and panic attacks!
