Vomiting from emotional stress

I am wondering if anyone has ever thrown up because of stress. Also, how would someone go about overcoming this. It seems to be the worse for me when I am dealing with relationship issues, a break up, seeing an ex girlfriend with someone ect... I could really use some help, thanks!

Yes, I have had this, even dry retching when there is nothing left to come up. For me, it was the toughest part pf panic attacks. 

Also, anxiety disorders tend to have triggers, as you have mentioned. I don't have an answer, apart from the usual meds, therapy etc, but I sympathise with you wholeheartedly.

Yes! Sometimes I vomit or I just gag from stress. It's horrible
