How Did You Spend Your Holidays???

Hello Everyone! I thought maybe some of you would like to share how you spent your Holidays and how your anxiety did in the process?

I had three separate Christmas Celebrations this year. Two on Xmas Eve and one on the day of. I spent Xmas Eve around a large group of people, which was tough, but I made it through the entire night. We were even the last to leave! I am ready to embrace the New Year. I have many goals and hopes for this one. I hope everyone had a pleasant Holiday Season? Just in case I don't see you again for awhile...
