tummy pains.

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice?

i have been experiencing serve tummy pains for the last two weeks, they come suddenly but dont last for very long. Its like a stabing pain below my belly button and moves to my right side, ive been sick yesterday and i have noticed the pain is getting worse, also i have had some vaginal bleeding but im not pregnant!

any help would be much appreciated  :)
