Anxiety Zone - Recent Updates and Looking Ahead...

Dear Anxiety Zone Members...

First of all, I just want to say what a caring and supportive community we have here. It really is an amazing and beautiful thing. I've had a bad cold for awhile (slowly recovering) so I haven't been on much until recently but I did want to take this opportunity to discuss a few recent improvements (and also plans for Anxiety Zone looking forward).

Anxiety Zone Connections (Anxiety Zone's social networking hub) has been upgraded to the latest software version featuring a brand new theme, more intuitive activity streams, direct update posting to activity streams (so it’s easy to share your thoughts globally or even within a particular group) and much more. New registrations are currently disabled while work is being done on several additional improvements (including live chat and fine-grained controls). Also, file sharing has been enabled again (recently, new chat software was installed and this feature was not enabled at the time). File types that can be uploaded in the new chat rooms are .JPG, .GIF and .PNG. The size limit is 2MB. Share pictures of your family, friends, pets, trips, hobbies, etc.

At some point there is going to be a very large upgrade available for the forum itself with many new changes and features. The second release candidate is out at the moment and hopefully soon the final version will be released. From the test install I did a few months ago, it really looks promising.

Finally, an upgrade is planned for the Member Gallery.

Oh I'm glad the chat file share is back and running.  i missed that.
