new and need advice

hi people, been suffering we anxiety 4 six months now, had my first panick attack
two days after my brothers funeral, and fought i was going to die honest.
so went to hospital had e.c.g done and was o.k, had loads of tests done blood the lot,
chest x,rays diabetes etc,etc. had a 24 hour e.c.g done came back fine, i told my cardiologist
about these cramps and like a strong pulse or tremor sensation in my back, so he said he would arrange a ultrasound for a aneurism, wich sent my anxiety through the roof, so i went private and the ultrasound was fine, i still get this strong pulse or tremor, or whatever it is and it scares me to death as i allso go dizzy, i just want to no if anybody else gets similar sort of symptoms cos i feel like am the only one. please reply fanx.
