My cycles usually run every 30-32 days.  I can usually tell when I ovulate, and I believe I ovulated early to mid of last week.  I am on day 25-26 of my cycle right now and I noticed a little blood when I wiped and I feel like I'm getting ready to start my cycle.  I've been under a lot of stress with my HA, and my doctor prescribed Busparone (sp?) to help with my anxiety about 3 weeks or so ago.  Could that cause my cycle to be out of whack a little bit?  Does it seem weird early for my period to start when I just ovulated last week?  I'm trying not to freak out.  I do have PCOS, but never start early.  Please help me!

I don't think you should worry when your period is a few days early. Well, you don't know if it even started yet. You could just be spotting and not get the real period for a few days. Regardless, anxiety and new meds can cause a change. ANYTHING can cause a change in your cycle.

At the high point of my HA, about 3 months ago, I got my first early period.  I'm ALWAYS on time.  The doctor said that anxiety and stress are a big cause of irregular periods, especially if you are normally regular.
