Feeling dizzy and nauseas when lying down

Sometimes I feel real nauseas    and dizzy when lying down but as soon as I get up, the feeling passes. Does this happen to anyone ells? Is this just a part of PD or can this be something ells?

My situation is opposite of yours- I feel dizzy and nauseas (especially in crowded places or wide open spots) until I sit or lie down.  Could you have an inner ear infection?  It might be good to get checked for that.
