left side stomach issues.scared!IBS,Celiac or worse!!!

Hi guys...I am 22 and have suffered health anxiety for a while although it was never affected my stomach until now..whats more confusing to me is i havnt felt this calm in ages so finding hard to believe this is due to anxiety...anyway, i often get a sharpish pain in my left side under my ribs sometimes lower down more near the bellybutton its a strange pain but not agony doesnt usually last last for long either maybe a few minutes at a time..it is worse when i wake up and usually calms down after i eat..if i eat too much(although i havnt notice if any foods aggravate it)it hurts more and i can become quite bloated also worse if i need a number 2...
anyone experiencing this and any ideas what it could be???thanks

p.s.forgot to add that the last few days i have been doing a number 2 quite often sometimes 4 times a day although its normal not too runny..an hour ago i drank a chocolate milk and the pain got really bad then i went to the toilet and it seemed to be relieved..maybe i have become lactose intolerrant?
