The Russians are on the moon.

Last night, at 6.45pm GMT the Russians landed a one and a half ton space ship on the surface of the moon. The unmanned vessel is now transmitting scientific data back to earth. This landing is the latest part of a quiet but determined Russian lunar space programme.

There has been little news around these Russian achievements, but it is becoming likely that the Russians will be the first nation to land a man on the moon.

I'm with you here, except for apollo 14. That one is clearly a fake, and you'd pretty stupid not to notice it. Also, does this mean that the first moon colonies are going to be communist?? I'm a little scared now..
