hi there everyone hope all is well...
i have been diagnosed with health anxiety and am currently on medication which i didnt want to do but has helped...lately my state of mind has been much better and symptoms not so severe..however i have had some pain on left side of my abdomen quite a sharp pain..its not excrutiating and it comes and goes its usually on the left side of my bellybutton sometimes moves higher up and is worse if i need a number 2..anyone else experiencing this and is it a symptom of anxiety or should i get it checked out...also had a little bit of nausea and lightheadedness but nothing major..i had my appendix removed but that was nearly 2 months ago now so dont think the pain is related to that but im no expert..its been going on for about 3 weeks now and its confusing me because i really havnt felt anxious at all lately except for the woorying about this!!!hope somebody can relate and i wish you all health and happyness..xx

May be IBS, could be referred pain from your operation. If it persists,
it may not be a bad idea to call your physician.
