So does anyone ever get the uncomfortable feeling like you just cant sit still, like your body is still but your inside is all over the place??? How do you all deal with that and do you think it is from anxiety???? is it adrenaline or what??

I get that in my neck and head.  I feel like im being pushed back and forth from the inside, but if I look in the mirror, I am totally still.  IT SCARES ME SO MUCH!

I dunno, I mean, I feel like my symptoms are physical more than mental, but that feeling really puts me on edge.  Does that make sense?  It is like im dizzy from within.

I know from my physical symptoms when my anxiety is peaking.  My jaw and neck muscles tighten and go numb.  My body hums and vibrates...

I am sorry if I am not helping with this topic...

I think that is what they mean by "on the edge" or "wound up".  What I do is try and do something with all the energy and restless feeling, like go for a walk, play ball in the backyard with my kids, clean the house.  I have even paced the back yard many times to try and release some of the wound up feelings.  Try doing something physical.
