Just had a need to say to someone other than myself - Random Panic attacks suck.

I have a cold and chest pains - and I keep getting a rush of adrenaline for no reason.  It's not like the dirty tissues are going to revolt and attack me.
No need for adrenaline... why do bodies betray us like that??  So frustrating!!

I too get frustrated with the adrenalin my body keeps giving me......

Panic attacks are no fun. I've gotten better in the last year at stopping them from happening. It's funny how just KNOWING what's happening helps calm me down. I just tell myself "This is only my anxiety.. I am fine" etc. It helps.
