Ok I am so freaked out! I have been doing okay and I have had a good day today but what I am wondering is why does it feel like my head is numb and then sharp little pains will pass too and then I will have a headache and it really scares me that it could be something serious. Also. while ago I felt like I was going to just black out again....I think my worries have moves to my brain now. Like I am scared something is wrong such as an anurysm... Please tell me what this could be and has anyone else ever had this...ease my mind....lol

You are fine.  I occassionally have the same types of pains you are describing.  I have noticed that once I convinced myself there was nothing wrong with my breathing or my heart, my symptoms have moved on to my head.  I think is is anxiety's way of trying to get the best of you. 

Bottom line:
YOU ARE FINE!!!!!

Do you have any sinus issues? This can make you feel lots of weird head symptoms and sensations.

When my anxiety first started I remember the back of my head felt completely numb. I also got sharp pains throughout my head. I haven't so much had the numbness for AWHILE.. but I do get sharp pains thru my head pretty much every day. Actually I have a sharp throbbing pain in the back of my head right now. I agree that once you stop worrying about one thing it moves to the next.  I finally got some reassurance about my heart and somehow it has moved to my brain. I have been having headaches EVERYDAY for the past week. I also get weird pressure feelings throughout my head. I get TONS of weird sensations in my head.. But I have had a CT scan 3 years ago of my brain so I'm sure nothing is wrong with me.. Or you :)

I also get strange pains in my head and have had them for about 10 years now. They are sharp and last for seconds. Sometimes I won't have any for weeks and then sometimes I have them all throughout the day. I really don't have much to add, I just wanted you to know I have them too!
