Like the subject says I can't post often due to the lack of a computer at my house so when I am at my parents I can post on the forum but I can always read the forums on my blackberry.

Anyhow my anxiety has seem to come back I guess is just the stress of the job search and lack of interesting things going on in my life. My mind feels like it is in a funk I don't know if its brain fog or what but it just feels empty in a way like not much is processing up there. Of course dp/dr sets in and that is bad alone so I have been taking my xanax again at night time just to help me fall asleep and unwind a little bit. My problem is lately as I have been driving I get this odd "warm rushing" sensation near my sternum area and it always makes me think im having a heart attack and it makes me feel like im on the verge of passing out. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this warm/rushing sensation at all. Oh and when anxiety occurs I wonder if it is more normal or I should say "normal" to feel depressed because that is always a companion of my anxiety when it hits.

I have an interview at a hospital for a job this upcoming Friday so that gives me something to look forward to.

Thanks to whomever views this and whoever posts here as I don't know when I can post again probably not till the weekend but I will be looking at the board tonight. Hope everyone is doing well.
