I wonder...
« on: December 23, 2009, 09:36:44 PM »
I'm going to go out on a limb here....

What if, one day, we hypo's decided that our disease du'jour was going to be the loss of hypochondria. OMG....I have lost my hypochondria!!! This time it is certainly the end for me! I better finalize my Last Will and Testament now because this is it.

Symptoms may include but are not limited to:

1)Sudden sense of well being

2)A completely normal pulse and blood pressure

3)A body free of cancer of any type

4)Sudden feeling of energy, often brought on by periods of only moderate exercise

5)A gradual decrease of parasthesias or neuropathies of ANY kind

Makes you think. If somatization of symptoms starts here...then what?

Just food for thought on this beautiful night before Christmas Eve.

God bless us...every one. :angel-smiley-002:

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
