Kidney Failure?????? PLEASE help me x

hi there, iv been suffering with anxiety now for 3 months well the doctor says its anxiety anyway, i feel faint all the time, nausea, weak, tired , dizzy, etc well i went to the emergency room last month because i thought i was going to collapse well they did tests on me including a urine 1 and that come back fine , well 3 days ago i noticed when i went to the toilet i had a real bad burning sensation and all pain in my uterus and burning, so i went back up to the emergency room they did an urine test and found blood in my urine, yes BLOOD i totally freaked out, although u couldnt see the blood it showed on the test, well they said it was just a urinary tract infection and common and gave me antibiotics to take, well iv been taking them and to be honest the burning has more or less gone now but i stil cant help thinking its a problem with my kidneys and iv got kidney disease or somethin, also my auntie has had kidney transplants thanks for reading i will be very greatful for replys :)

Ive had these several times.....this is totally the symptoms of the textbook UTI! Except I saw

visible

blood in my urine!!! Microscopic blood is almost always  present in a UTI. The fact that the antibiotics made things better is a good sign. Try not to worry. These are soooo normal to get.      laa43

Ive had this and it was just i wee infection! Dont worry and carry on with your tablets
