Can Sinus Cause the Head Fog??
« on: December 15, 2009, 08:38:40 AM »
Just trying to work through all my symptoms at the moment and pleased to say I think I have a handle on most of them as I haven't had a panic attack in a long time now :happy0151:
Just get these waves of pressure in my head and get the dreaded head fog....like I'm floating along and find it difficult to concentrate....if I think about it always happens this time of year when dark nights come on and its freezing....could this be linked to bad sinuses???

I have sinus issues! And get pressure on the head. It could well be the cause especially if your really congested and stuffy!

gazza,

I think you have the exact thing i have right now!! And it always starts when it starts freezing... Not just getting cold but freezing. and it comes in waves also, I'll be just sitting around and bam i can feel my face and head in pressure and the brain fog comes right after...

This happened about 3 years ago and it was with a sinus infection.. It took awhile for the infection to finally get bad but once it did and I got rid of it, i don't think i experienced the head fog anymore.

I don't know how to help as I am in the same exact situation you are..LOL, but hopefully this will pass soon..
