anxiety and diet..

hey!everyone my mom has left to see her brother,,and as a result my diet and eating habits have changed a lot for a while,i have seen a change in my anxiety levels they seem to have gone down can anyone tell  why this could have happened ??,i also take a lots of tea does this also have the same effect as caffiene...if this is true we can really take even small steps to feel better ..dont know??

Hi

What is it that has changed since your mum left .

 I have found that diet can have a big effect on my anxiety

Tea also has caffeine but not as high as coffee , i find it best to cut both out

if this is true we can really take even small steps to feel better ..dont know You bet it is right , anything we can do to reduce stress on our system will help no mater how small

ya,looking forward to quit tea ,and exercises they may also help??till now i believed its only the behaviourial techniques that can help,,i have to check the net to really see what nutrients could have changed..thaku for the reply forwells...
