I know where you're coming from on the intrusive thoughts, images, etc. I've been going through about the same recently, and the thoughts and images that I am dealing with seem to be getting stronger as the days go by, no matter what I do. One thing that I have found that helps me is engaging in a task that requires enough attention to get my mind off of the intrusive thoughts and on to something else. If you have any hobbies, doing something related to those can be helpful. Reading - either a book or something online - about how to deal with intrusive thoughts can also be helpful, as it gives one ideas on what they can do to help themselves. As I have been told many times recently, keep hanging in there! It will get better!

i have a condition that prevents me from substaning enough attention to do that and congnitive skills are decreased greatly and such and mental activity is very hard to do. it is a medical condition with no cure and barely any treatments known to help. it affects me quite badly... it affects my entire life. mental & physical, so itd be hard to do anhything like that. the ocd is very obessive and intrusive so its on my mind a lot and i have adhd and a lot of other disorders/illnesses that occupy my mind 24 7.

i dont know what to do namore
these thoughts an dimages and impulses and the compulsions are distredssing me so much

Sarey,

You need to remember it's not you, it's your anxiety.  Do you have some relaxation CDs or something you could listen to?  I have started meditating and that has seemed to help.  If you can do some CBT thoughts and change your thinking around instead of focusing on the intrusive thoughts, that may help too.
