earlier i thought iw as going to panic my left hand side felt really heavy and weird is this a normal symptom?? never had this before it was like my left hand side was going to sleep???

You will be surprised as to how anxiety can effect your body. If you have seen a Dr and he/she has assured you that you have anxiety, then seek out a therapist.

I have a therapist we don't really dwell on symptoms and plus its only happened the once! Just hate it when you get a new symptom

I understand you so much...During the years I got many new things, and they can only be related to anxiety. I hate when it happens. However, it's always helping me to be tested by doctors and to see the results showing that I'm perfectly healthy. At least I have much less doubts about the source of the weird things.
