elbow to wrist
« on: November 27, 2006, 01:52:38 PM »
I don't think this is anxiety but it is making me anxious anyway.  I have been sleeping on the underside of my elbow lately (not sure why) and my tendon is sore.  Sometimes is feels like the muscles between my elbow and wrist are achy and tingling (as if someone hit my funny bone).  has anyone experienced that before.  Almost like tennis elbow?

I've had that - and combined with tiredness and aching I then worry that I've got fibromyalgia

I had something like this some time ago. I had some mild pain in my elbow, and my thump was tingling/itching all the time. then one night I woke up and my hand was totally numb from elbow to fingers, and it lasted like 10 hours (totally numb). I was obviously scared to death. It ended up being pinched nerve in elbow. I was sleeping too much in a weird position or something. It`s gone now.

that is what my husband said.... he said i sleep on my the inside of my elbow.  I am probably aggravating the heck out of it.  Thanks for the feedback.  At least if I worry about fibromylagia, I can know I will be OK if I do have it.  But, again that is my anxiety talking.  Good grief
