It's called "It's Not All in Your Head: How Worrying about Your Health Could Be Making You Sick--and What You Can Do about It by Gordon J. G. Asmundson PhD ..."

What a great book this is, highly recommend it.

Read it and it helped me.  I borrowed from the library.  I think I need to buy it so I can reference it when having a relapse.
