New to Forum

Hi everyone! I am new to this forum but I have had issues with anxiety and panic my whole life. I have GAD, OCD, and depression and have been managing it with counseling and medication since I was 13 (about half of my life). I go through time periods where I wont have anxiety at all and live my life normally, then I have episodes where everything is frightening and scary and I don't want to leave my house. My hardest battle was for 3 months when I was 19 and didn't leave the house except to go to therapy. I have a wonderful family and more support that I can even imagine so I know I am very fortunate. (It helps that mental illness runs in my family so everyone seems to relate to what I am going through). I hope that I can be of help here and also gain strength from talking with other people who know what its like to live with anxiety and panic.
