I have never tried it and I never would. I am really suspicious of anything that costs money and claims to "solve anxiety fast."

You really can't solve anxiety overnight by a few "tricks." I see Panic Away as a great big scam.

There main concept is "welcome the panic attack, dont be scared of it, let it flow"
if only it was that easy, non of us would be here... lol

Anxiety is NOT that easy.  I know it is part of the solution, see Claire Weeks book Hope and Help for Your Nerves.  However, it may require meds and tehrapy. I would highly suggets some therapy.
