Hi, i have no idea who you are or what you are referring to but it sounds like you know at some level that whatever you are thinking about is not good for you long term. if that is the case, then my advice for what its worth is 1) acknowledge that your brain is telling you that you NEED TO, 2) dont try to convince your brain that this isnt true but instead 3) just right now DISTRACT yourself.
Go talk to somone, watch a movie, do something. Just delay whatever it is and decide tomoro.
