guys im about to do it what can i do to not do it? its really getting to me.ive been thinking about how good i feel if i do  but then i knw i regret it if i do please help me please i dont want to but i feel i need to. it wont be the last hit i knw it wont but i wish it was ughh i cant do this n-e more

Hi, i have no idea who you are or what you are referring to but it sounds like you know at some level that whatever you are thinking about is not good for you long term.  if that is the case, then my advice for what its worth is 1) acknowledge that your brain is telling you that you NEED TO, 2) dont try to convince your brain that this isnt true but instead 3) just right now DISTRACT yourself.
Go talk to somone, watch a movie, do something.  Just delay whatever it is and decide tomoro.

i see this was posted last night.  I'm sure at this point you made your decision.  All I can say to prevent you from doing this is to think of your baby you are carrying.............

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

How are you big apple? I've been thinking about you. I check back here often and I will try to respond to your posts. I know NOTHING about the kind of addiction you are going through, but I am a mama with anxiety. The closest I've come is bulimia (binge and purge). I can at least be someone "out there" trying to listen. Hang on, just hang on.
