questioning my health and sanity.

hey guys. so as of this moment im not feeling like a normal person. i feel like i never do feel like a normal person. im sitting here and my whole body aches. my skin feels slightly warm and i feel like i have no energy. i am fasting at the moment due to a religion thing but idk if thats y im feeling like this. i keep having irrational thoughts that i have cnacer or leukemia and i cant get them out of my head. i basically feel like i ran 20 miles and im just so exhausted.

When you are fasting it can make you feel weak, dizzy, tired, etc. I would not worry.
You'll feel better after you start to eat again.

You're normal.  You just obsess about your health more than other people which makes you feel abnormal.  The key word here is "feel."

I agree with others that it is due to the fast, especially if it's only been a few days. Fasting can make you feel great, but only after the initial toxins and hunger wear off. Make sure you are drinking even more water than usual (as in upwards of 2 liters a day) because your body needs to make up for the water weight you are probably losing, as well as the water that usually comes from food.
