 :spineyes:hi there i'm new to this, don't quite get whats going on with me, anxious, stress and feel like i am going crazy.  currently seeing a counsellor.

its great that you're seeing a counsellor. I was having trouble sleeping, but after my first visit with the psychiatrist i actually slept better. Just going in to see someone really eases he burden a bit.

Hang in there and keep getting help. It usually feels worse than it really is...at least that's been my experience.

thanks, i think it may get worse before it gets better, but that the way things normally go isn't it.

its so true. Because when i finally realized my anxiety was out of control, I got stuck in this place of guilt and shame about my condition...even though I'm getting help for it and doing everything i should be to get better.

I got this sudden feeling of being on the ouside looking in at everything. It's frustrating.
